Pertemps in-house PR team has been shortlisted at the Recruiter Investing in Talent Awards for Best Employee Communication.
This award recognises outstanding achievement by a recruitment company in communicating with its own employees through a variety of platforms.
Judges at Recruiter Investing in Talent Awards have recognised the creativity, accuracy, clarity, inclusivity and keeping employees up to date with business issues.
This recognition is due to our continued investment in our internal communications, to ensure diverse voices are represented.
Cat Brown, Director, said: “This recognition is a testament to the enormous improvement and our continued focus on internal communications, to ensure our employees are engaged, informed and feel part of the wider company’s vision.
“In line with our three-year strategy, we continue to ensure we work towards clear goals and commitments, keeping wider business priorities at the forefront, while sharing these with colleagues.
“Replicating this level of engagement in external comms will further improve the experience of all candidates and clients and this can only take us from strength to strength.”
The award ceremony will take place on Tuesday 31st January at The Brewery London.
