Simon has been with Pertemps for 6 years and is an individual who is passionate about delivering RPO/MSP and Total Talent acquisition solutions, driving innovation and enhancing candidate experience & clients NPS & EVP. Experienced in working within SME and blue-chip organisations across various sectors and challenges to define either individual elements or a complete end to end talent acquisition solutions. Simon frequently attends the RPO leaders forum, CBI conferences and REC events as well as a number of Talent related conferences throughout the year.
Simon’s specialties include RPO, MSP, innovation through technology, AI, Video interviewing, Recruitment Solutions, Agile Sourcing Solutions, Graduate Recruitment Campaigns, Succession and Resource Planning, Workforce Mobility and Insight, Talent Acquisition, Campaign Management, Talent Pools, Assessment and Selection, Recruitment and Resourcing, Performance Management, Development, Retention, Career Transition, Transformation and Solution Design.
Prior to joining Pertemps Simon gained his experience from 2005 in executive search and contingency recruitment through to leading RPO sales teams for Capita.

Daniel Collins is a Supply Chain Manager with overall responsibility for the engagement and management of third party agencies supporting Pertemps. Daniel joined our organisation in 2018 having come with over 10 years’
MSP/RPO industry experience and over 6 years of that within Supply Chain Management specifically.
Based in the Shared Service Delivery Centre Daniel is focused on maintaining and optimising our centre of excellence for the centralised on-boarding, compliance and performance management of any third party agency appointed to provide secondary support for the provision of Contingent Workers and/or Permanent Candidates to Pertemps’ client portfolio.
With a passion for innovation and delivering on client’s needs Daniel is driven to constantly improve the way Pertemps’ engages with our supplier network, recognising that cultivation of strategic agency partners and building relationships based on mutual collaboration is the best way to promote an optimal supply chain for the benefit of all parties. He also understands the importance of mitigating legal and financial supply chain risk by ensuring the comprehensive evaluation and ongoing compliance of any agency engaged in contract with Pertemps.

Carey has worked for Pertemps for the last 18 years and has implemented and managed a number of RPO, outsourced and modular solutions for Pertemps largest clients, most notably Transport for London, Royal Mail, and Powergen. Carey creates, implements and manages RPO Solutions where Pertemps is able to support organisations by deploying the right individuals or teams to perform our clients own resourcing functions whether on or off-site. Today there are over 40 organisations (and rising!) who are benefiting from these solutions nationally.
Carey has successfully worked and developed existing RPO contracts for the last 18 years building the Shared Service Delivery Centre (SSDC) in Reading that delivers many of our RPO, MSP, Volume Recruitment Solutions, Graduate Recruitment Campaigns in addition to our modular service offerings including sourcing and screening, testing and assessment and pre-employment screening (PES) solutions.

Having spent the majority of her career in recruitment, rising through the ranks to become Chairwomen of Pertemps in 2012 Carmen believes passionately that the UK’s service-based economy must be supported by a strong foundation of good talent management practices.
Carmen is responsible for promoting and delivering best practice in the field of recruitment and retention of talent on behalf of our clients, servicing both the public and private sector across the UK. Her passion is to revolutionise and professionalise the way that organisations attract, engage and retain top talent, and to help the best people in the industry to reach their fullest potential. With a clear vision Carmen continues to be a pioneer in the UK’s workforce solutions industry.

Simon’s 23 years’ experience in some of the UK’s largest recruitment and workforce solutions providers gives him a unique insight and perspective, being able to advise clients on a broad range of talent management solutions together with the change management focus required to ensure their maximum impact and sustainability.

Teresa joined Pertemps 19 years ago to manage a Contingent Workforce Solution with British Gas in the UK. Teresa is now acting as one of the National Client Service Directors, managing a portfolio of five clients across the Private and Public Sector. National Client Services Directors lead and inspire client-based teams, ensuring they and the clients have access to wider Pertemps Solutions thought leadership and best practice and have aligned targets to drive excellence in client delivery. Teresa drives for best standards in Operational Excellence, Team Engagement and Client Advocacy, ensuring that people and client solutions continue to aspire to be the best they can be.
Teresa’s career in Talent Acquisition spans 17 years throughout which she has held many different roles within the company, primarily heading up contract delivery teams and our proprietary Vendor Management and Applicant Tracking IT solution – truly a one of a kind, innovative system. Teresa works onsite with clients, plus working on projects and implementations.

Steve West is the Managing Director of Pertemps, leading the market in talent innovation, and keeping the company at the forefront of the next waves of talent transformation.
Steve has served as a member of the Pertemps Board and Management Team for 29 years. Having joined the business in 1988, Steve has held a variety of operational, management and executive roles and currently overseas all our Sectors MDs, and continues to lead our Logistics and Blue Collar sectors. A passionate leader, Steve’s focus is working with Pertemps’ clients to develop relationships and solutions to enable success through the delivery of innovative, value creating Talent Acquisition and Management solutions.
In addition, he is accountable for all corporate sales activity. Steve leads the corporate sales team within Pertemps who together with our client Services and Sector directors cover the UK nationally ensuring that Pertemps' value proposition meets the commercial objectives of both Pertemps and our customers.

Lisa Duncan is a Senior Board Director holding significant responsibility within the Financial & Insurance sectors. Lisa joined our organisation in 1995 and has taken a high-profile senior leadership appointment as part of our national growth strategy. Lisa is accountable for the continued success and performance at Executive level overseeing the growth and service delivery of talent acquisition & management solutions to all current and future clients within a number of sectors falling under her remit.
Lisa brings over 25 years’ experience in the recruitment, MSP and RPO sector, having worked with some of the world’s most exciting and progressive brands. Focus has been and continues to be given to helping world-leading organisations forge strong partnerships and deliver industry leading recruitment outsourcing solutions. With a passion for people agendas and exceptional operational excellence she thrives on being in a position to offer her team opportunities to develop and grow our customer base with emphasis on exceeding our customers’ expectations.

Lisa Thurkettle is a Managing Director of Pertemps, overseeing all corporate contracts to include Utilities, Financial Services, Local & National Government, Warehousing, Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing and Transport sectors. She joined our organisation in 2007, another high-profile senior leadership appointment as part of our growth strategy. Today, in her role, Lisa is responsible for integrated growth and service delivery of our more complex solutions and partnerships.
Lisa leads large operational teams who together cover the UK ensuring that Pertemps support our clients to make the best use of the talent we provide, delivering successful Contingent and Permanent scalable Direct Delivery models designed to seamlessly integrate in to our client’s businesses.
Lisa is a passionate, enthusiastic and creative solution provider bringing over 25 years’ experience in the recruitment, MSP and RPO business. Lisa’s focus is to embed successful talent acquisition and management models in to our world class client base and provide appropriate solutions from our comprehensive portfolio of services to answer her clients’ most pressing talent challenges.

Cat has been with Pertemps since 2001, initially in Branch operations before joining the Corporate Business team in 2005. She now leads our volume and multi-site temporary and permanent workforce solutions business development activity across the UK. Cat’s experience ranges from solution build and implementation to taking responsibility for the operational delivery of national contracts with large volume contingent workforces, so has first-hand knowledge of what it takes to successfully deliver flexible and scalable supply models.
She also has experience working with clients on a consultative basis, deploying quantitative analysis to identify process and operational improvements and has a successful track record in implementing strategies to reduce the cost per head ratio. She completed a Six Sigma Green Belt course in 2013 and has since used her knowledge and experience to build unique, flexible supply models designed to drive best practice and continuous improvement but her background in operations ensures a practical approach is taken to delivery, resulting in recruitment solutions that are both credible and sustainable.

With over 25 years’ experience in the sector Nicola serves as the Head of our incredibly successful operation right across Scotland. Nicola has been instrumental in our successful expansion in Scotland into the private, public and Government sectors.
Our presence in Scotland ensures we are able to support our clients on a nationwide basis and Nicola is working to deliver the next stage of growth in Scotland. Bringing a wealth of experience Nicola leads teams delivering executive search alongside supporting the larger nationwide client MSP requirements.

Peter is a sector lead for our Government and Public Sector Services division which delivers recruitment and talent acquisition and management solutions for a range of central government, local authority, health and wider public-sector clients. This includes a number of high-profile contracts such as the NHS, a number of local authorities across the UK and Scotland, The Scottish Government, and the MOD.
Peter has worked in the staffing and outsourcing sector for over 22 years and has significant experience having supported clients and managed teams on a national basis.

Abigail brings 25 years' experience in recruitment to the MSP and RPO sector, with a career that has spanned Operational Management and Director roles. Abigail has developed a creative solutions background in contract implementation, operational recruitment delivery and major Account Management. Focusing on the utility sector, with a proactive service delivery against challenging resourcing requirements, Abigail develops new and existing business with a hands-on enthusiastic approach.
Abigail has a passion for people which extends to her customers and her team. Lisa joined Pertemps in 1997 to work on our managed services and contract implementations. As a professional with now 20 years’ experience in a broad range of roles and across a number of Sectors, Lisa specialises in the implementation and delivery of large volume contingent, temporary and permanent talent acquisition solutions across the UK.

Tracy is our Group HR and Quality Director and as such is responsible for the strategic direction of our People Capital function including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR, Governance and Compliance and Communications. Tracy joined Pertemps 40 years ago and in this time, has supported the business and its growth from less than 500 employees to over 30,000 today including our contingent employees. Together with her team, Tracy supports the business in attracting and developing exceptional talent and creating environments where people can thrive – promoting an environment to champion and deliver growth related people change.
